Catriona Roche, MSc, HDip, Adv.dip.clin.hyp, is the founder of Aurora Hypnotherapy. Catriona qualified with the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy Ireland, ICHI, and is recognised by the National Guild of Hypnotherapists, NGH, General Hypnotherapists Standards Council, GHSC, and the International Hypnosis Association, IHA.

In addition to being a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Carieona has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families, having initially attained an HDip in applied social studies in social care. She also has an MSc in Child & Adolescent Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy and is a facilitator of the Parenting Plus and Copping On programmes.

Through Aurora Hypnotherapy, Catriona provides a unique tailored healing experience in a safe and non-judgemental manner. Her warm and understanding personality creates an environment where she helps her clients to overcome their personal challenges and go on to lead a more motivated and fulfilling life.
