Join us for our Halloween 10k sponsored walk in support of Merchant Quays Ireland.
#Alethea missed doing the Dublin Women’s Mini Marathon this year due to covid, so we became creative!
On Halloween at 12 noon, the therapists at Alethea will do a 10k walk around Corkagh Park Clondalkin to support Merchants Quay Ireland. Of course, they will be in full Witch attire and socially distanced.
We would like to kindly ask you to help us support the amazing work done at Merchant Quays Ireland by donating via our Facebook page: you can click here to donate. Small or large, every donation counts and will be greatly appreciated.
Our emphasis this Halloween is to encourage everyone to take good care of their mental health. When external and internal anxiety is a constant, emotional fatigue sets in.
Do what you need to do to switch off from “noise” in the world. Don’t struggle alone. It’s good to talk

We wish our team every success:
- Sharon Brady
- Kim Owens
- Catherine Noonan
- Úna Ahearne
- Bernie Sammin
- Caitriona Boyd
- Norah Finn
We’ll be sharing smiles and a bit of cheer around Corkagh Park next Saturday, the 31st of October – all for a good cause.
If you’re within a 5k distance of the park and would like to bring your inner Witch out and join us, for even some of the walk, we’d be delighted for you to dress up and show up and walk with us – socially distanced of course!
