“Over the past two years Norah has supported the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion unit at Dublin City University. Norah has delivered facilitated sessions for Academic departments and delivered meditation sessions for both the Academic and Professional staff. The feedback on her sessions is consistently excellent. Norah has the unique ability to adapt her expertise, knowledge and skills in any environment, creating a memorable experience for all who participated.”

Sandra Healy, Head of EDI, DCU.

In 2017, as part of our Health and Wellness week, we were delighted to have Norah Finn visit our company to talk to us about Choice Theory. She walked in the door with a smile on her face and a welcome that would lighten anyone’s heart… The room was buzzing afterwards, as her messages seemed to resonate everyone… The workshop was a great success, injecting an energy in the workplace during the days that followed. Norah’s students informally discussed what they had learned and were thrilled at the opportunity to reflect on their personal well-being.”

I want to thank Norah Fin from Alethea on coming into CTDG to facilitate a Team bounding session. Norah is very good at what she does and her facilitating skills are excellent! Throughout the session,  Norah ensured all staff participated within the process. The session also provided the space whereas staff were encouraged to give their option on what they seeing as a positive impact on the work, and also, not so positive ,and they were encouraged to provide new ideas to better the work and it’s outcomes leading to meaningful outcomes for the Traveller community. I would like to Thank Norah for her time with CTDG and would recommend Norah to other projects.
